Start Up with 100+ years of Experience
Sustenic Ltd was founded in 2021 to provide support to property, housing and health professionals in their journey to deliver high quality, safe, healthy buildings -both commercial and residential- whilst accelerating the drive to Net Zero carbon emissions. The journey starts with our support to help organisations understand their building stock through data collection, surveying, monitoring, management and analytics.
We are actively developing tools to support our mission and help our customers achieve their goals. Our team of experts have worked in housing, energy efficiency, building and energy surveys and modelling for over 20 years. They have contributed to the development, implementation and maintenance of world leading assessment methodologies and survey techniques used by central and local government, social housing providers and private companies.
The company is based in the UK and can call on a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists, building surveyors and engineers, computer engineers, social scientists and environmental health and sustainability professionals to deliver complex and challenging projects.
What We Offer
Advice and consultancy services in all areas of domestic energy efficiency, particularly energy efficient retrofit of housing. We aim to provide clients with the knowledge they need to make the right decisions about retrofit, to ensure that works are completed to the required standard and that predicted savings are achieved. We provide services for projects of any size from single dwellings to entire housing stock assets; for individual homeowners, private landlords and social housing providers.
Data Analytics
Using advanced analytical techniques to link and extract usable information from multiple datasets and sources. Housing stock data baselining and segmentation. Verification of savings achieved.
Energy Efficiency
Energy efficiency improvement modelling. In situ monitoring of physical properties and consumption pre- and post-improvement.
Quality and Net-Zero Buildings
Bespoke improvement package development (identifying pathways to Net-Zero). Resident engagement.
